Donna R. Lewis

Donna also spends significant time with our clients who are involved with probate cases and estate administration following the death of a loved one. Donna communicates with the executor and various family members; assists with determining and verifying the estate assets and liabilities; aids in the transfer of the estate assets pursuant to the Will; and, monitors the required deadlines of the Court.

Donna is a life-long resident of Delaware County where she resides with her husband.  She and her husband have three children, who all attend college.  Donna enjoys spending time with her family and visiting her children at college.  Donna also enjoys being outdoors, reading, traveling, and cooking.

Joined the firm in 2001

Donna has over 33 years of legal experience. Donna attended and graduated with honors from Columbus State Community College in 1988. She immediately was accepted into the Capital University Law School paralegal program, which she completed while working full time in a law firm. Donna graduated with honors from the Capital University Law School Certified Legal Assistant Program in 1989. She has worked as a paralegal ever since.

In January 2021, Donna celebrated her 20-year anniversary with our office. Donna performs various tasks for Douglas W. Warnock Co., LPA. She works closely with all of our clients, particularly those involved in domestic relations cases. Some of her tasks for those types of cases include: meeting and keeping in touch with clients; communicating with attorneys, court staff, and witnesses; scheduling appointments, depositions, and court appearances; managing and tracking files; working on discovery requests and responses; and, all aspects of trial preparations.
